Large Calamondin

Meet the Large Calamondin (Citrus microcarpa, sometimes listed as Citrus mitis) — the easiest citrus tree to care for. These four-year-old plants arrive with a bushy head of glossy foliage, vibrant orange fruit and fragrant blossoms that perfume your home year-round.

Standing about 65cm tall including the sturdy 6L pot, this specimen is perfectly suited to a table, shelf or bright windowsill.

• Year-round fruiting and fragrance — striking orange fruits and highly perfumed flowers.
• Low-maintenance citrus — one of the most forgiving varieties, thriving in bright indoor light with simple watering and good drainage.
• Perfect for gifting — an elegant living centrepiece that doubles as a kitchen companion.
• Culinary versatility — use the fruit for zest, garnishes, teas, cocktails or desserts.
• If a ripe fruit dislodges in transit you can use it straight away; picking encourages a new flush of flowers.

Care: place in a bright spot, water when the topsoil dries slightly and prune lightly to keep a lush, compact shape.

Includes a free decorative container. Each plant is packed in a special plant box to ensure it arrives in optimum condition.
